"GUT" is an abstract drawing that embodies the idea of “more than first impressions”. This piece focuses on the sensations of negative behaviour that can be perceived through motion. Upon first glance, the audience may notice the chaotic motion of elements, but that later segues into distinction between the parts displaying its own emotions. This allows the eyes to wander from its ‘first impression’ towards the audience’s own interpretation.
